Mama brought this to every church potluck and it never came home with leftovers. She layered it in the same Pyrex dish for 30 years. When she passed, we fought over the dish more than the recipe โ but thankfully she wrote this one down on a card tucked inside the Good Housekeeping cookbook.
โHer Pyrex dish was at every gathering. She never let anyone else bring dessert.โ
