Bourbon Sloe Gin Fizz (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz apple cider + dash of vanillaswapped — Warm it for hot drinks
• 1 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Directions

   Pour the apple cider + dash of vanilla, tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract and lemon juice over cracked ice in a chilled collins glass

   Stir gently

   Add 3 ice cubes, and fill with soda/sparkling water

   Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of lemon, and serve.
