Bourbon Flip (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz apple cider + dash of vanillaswapped — Warm it for hot drinks
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp superfine sugar
• 1/2 oz light cream
• 1/8 tsp grated nutmeg

   In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the bourbon, egg, sugar, and cream

   Shake well

   Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
