Bourbon Black Hawk (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz apple cider + dash of vanillaswapped — Warm it for hot drinks
• 1 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1 maraschino cherry

Directions

   In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the bourbon and tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract

   Stir and strain into a cocktail glass

   Garnish with the cherry.
