Cool Carlos

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 2 oz cranberry juice
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1 splash sweet and sour mix

Directions

   Combine all ingredients (except curacao) in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well

   Pour into a collins glass and float curacao on top

   Garnish with pineapple and orange slices and a maraschino cherry, and serve.
