Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash molassesswapped
• 1/2 mint syrup + drop of green food coloringswapped
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
• 1 twist lemon peel

Directions

   Shake all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass

   Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
