Ingredients

• 1/4 oz almond (orgeat) syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz peach syrup or peach nectarswapped
• 1/4 oz peach nectar + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1 oz sweet and sour mix
• 1/4 oz orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
• 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
• 1/4 oz orange syrup + drop of blue food coloringswapped

Directions

   Pour the almond (orgeat) syrup, peach syrup or peach nectar, Southern Comfort, sour mix and orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splash into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cube

   In a hurricane glass, add the grenadine then add ice

   Strain the mixture from the cocktail shaker into the hurricane glass, layering the two

   Float the blue curacao on top, and serve

   Colors, from bottom-to-top, will be as follows

   red, clear, and blue.
