Boston Tea Party (Mocktail)
🥃 Served in a collins glass
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
- 1/2 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
- 1/2 oz sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
- 1/2 oz orange juice + orange zestswapped
- 1/2 oz almond extract + simple syrup (¼ tsp per oz)swapped
- 1/2 oz tia maria coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz grand marnier orange liqueur
- 2 oz sweet and sour mix

Combine all ingredients (except coca-cola) in a shaker, shake and strain over ice, or combine ingredients in a collins glass with ice and sh

Top with coke, garnish with a lemon wedge, and serve.
