Boomerang (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1/2 oz white grape juice + herbsswapped
• 2 dash es bitters
• 1/2 tsp maraschino liqueur
• 1 maraschino cherry

Directions

   In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract, vermouth, bitters, and maraschino liqueur

   Stir well

   Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the cherry.
