Bongo Cola (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1 oz coffee liqueur
• 1 dash kirschwasser cherry brandy
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 1 dash fresh lemon juice
• 3 oz cola

Directions

   Pour coconut water, coffee liqueur, kirsch, pineapple juice and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well

   Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes

   Fill with cola, and stir gently

   Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
