Cognac Zoom

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 2/3 oz whipping cream
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 oz hot water

Directions

   Dissolve honey in water and allow to cool

   Shake with apple juice + splash of vanilla and cream and strain into a cocktail glass.
