Bon Bini (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1 oz curacao orange liqueur
• 2 oz pineapple juice

Directions

   Pour the coconut water, curacao and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass

   Garnish with a slice of pineapple, and serve.
