Coconut Toastie

Ingredients
- 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 5 tbsp vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 oz whipped cream
Directions

Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time

Pour into a chilled champagne flute, garnish with shredded coconut, and serve.
