Blue Velvet (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz black raspberry liqueur
• 1 oz melon liqueur
• 4 oz vanilla ice cream
• 1 dash blue sports drink + orange extractswapped — Or blue food coloring + OJ
• 1/2 oz whipped cream

Directions

   Combine the black raspberry liqueur, melon liqueur and vanilla ice cream in a blender

   Add a cup of crushed ice and blend until smooth

   Pour into a parfait glass, and top with whipped cream

   Add blue curacao on top, garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
