Ingredients
- 3/4 oz sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
- 1/2 oz lime juice + agave syrup (2:1)swapped — Add a pinch of salt
Directions

Combine sparkling water and rum in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice

Add several dashes of blue curacao, and shake well

Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass, and serve.
