Blue Downy (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1 blue sports drink + orange extractswapped — Or blue food coloring + OJ
• 1 1/2 oz coconut milk
• 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice

Directions

   Pour the light rum, blue curacao, coconut milk and pineapple juice into a highball glass filled with ice cubes

   Shake or stir well

   Garnish with a pineapple chunk and a maraschino cherry, and serve.
