Citrus Tequila Fizz

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz limeade concentrate splashswapped
• 3/4 - 1 oz lemon juice
• 1/4 - 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• 2 tsp sugar
• 3 fresh mint leaves

Directions

   Juice a lemon and a lime half

   cut into wedges and add into a cocktail shaker along with the mint leaves and sugar (use superfine sugar or simple syrup if available)

   Muddle ingredients to release oils from the mint leaves

4. 4

   Add the tequila, lemon and lime juices and club soda

5. 5

   stir and serve over ice in a highball glass.
