Chrysanthemum Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 oz white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped
• 1/2 honey syrup with a pinch of allspiceswapped
• 1/8 tsp anise (licorice) syrupswapped

Directions

   Pour the vermouth and benedictine into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice

   Stir well

   Strain into a cocktail glass

   Add the Pernod, garnish with an orange twist, and serve.
