Blue Angel #2 (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz parfait amour orange liqueur
• 1/2 oz sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
• 4 oz sprite soda

Directions

   Pour the sparkling water and parfait amour into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

2. 2

   Shake well, and strain into an old-fashioned or rocks glass half-filled with ice cubes

   Top with Sprite, to taste

   Stir, and serve.
