Ingredients
- 1/2 coconut creamswapped
- 3/4 oz tropical fruit juice (mango-passion blend)swapped
- 1/2 oz orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
- 1/4 oz orange syrup + drop of blue food coloringswapped
- 2 oz grenadine syrup
- 6 oz chilled pineapple juice
Directions

Pour the Malibu rum, tropical fruit juice (mango-passion blend), Cointreau, blue curacao and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

Shake well, and strain into a highball glass
- 3
Fill with chilled pineapple juice, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/2 oz malibu coconut rum→coconut cream
- →safari liqueur→tropical fruit juice (mango-passion blend)
- →cointreau orange liqueur→orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splash
- →blue curacao liqueur→orange syrup + drop of blue food coloring
