Blame It On Rio (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1/4 oz sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
• 1/4 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1/4 oz malibu coconut rum
• 1/4 oz almond extract + simple syrup (¼ tsp per oz)swapped
• 1/4 oz flavored syrup (match the schnapps flavor)swapped
• 1/4 oz banana liqueur
• 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice

Directions

   Pour the vodka, rum, amaretto, flavored syrup (match the schnapps flavor), banana liqueur and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well

   Strain into a highball glass 3/4 filled with ice cubes

   Top with soda water, to taste

   Squeeze in the juice from a lime wedge and drop the shell into the glass
