Ingredients
- 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 3/4 oz coffee syrupswapped
- 1 scoop ice cream
Directions

Combine the pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup, coffee syrup and ice cream in a blender

Blend well

Pour into a cocktail glass, and serve.
