Ingredients

• 1 oz white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped
• 1/2 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1 tsp blackcurrant syrupswapped
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 4 oz tonic water

Directions

   Pour the vermouth, white grape juice + squeeze of lime, blackcurrant syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well

   Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes, and top with tonic water

   Stir well, garnish with a lemon wedge, and serve.
