Choco Banana Smash

Ingredients

• 3/4 sweetened cream + cocoa/coffee syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz vanilla extract
• 1/2 oz light cream
• 1/2 scoop vanilla ice cream
• 1/2 banana
• 1/2 oz whipped cream

Directions

   Combine the irish cream, vanilla extract, light cream, vanilla ice cream and banana in a blender with one small scoop of crushed ice

   Blend until smooth

   Pour into a parfait glass, and top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles

   Garnish with a maraschino cherry

   Add a slice of banana on a cocktail pick and place across the top, and serve.
