Ingredients

• 3 oz cold espresso
• 3/4 oz apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 3/8 oz coffee syrupswapped
• 3/8 oz sweetened cream + cocoa/coffee syrupswapped
• 1 scoop ice cream
• 1 dash simple syrup

   Add all ingredients to a blender with 4 cups of crushed ice

   Pour into parfait glasses, garnish with clover leafs, and serve.
