Aztec Gold (Mocktail)
Ingredients
- 35 lime juice + agave syrup (2:1)swapped — Add a pinch of salt
- 15 ml creme de bananes
- 15 almond extract + simple syrup (¼ tsp per oz)swapped
- 15 ml galliano herbal liqueur

Ice a shaker and add ingredients

Shake vigourously for 12- 15 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim

Look for the star shaped film on the surface of the drink!
