Fruit Pastille
Ingredients
- 1 white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
- 1/4 white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped
- 1.5 dash orange syrup (add blue food coloring if color matters)swapped
- 3 dash es grenadine syrup
Directions

Place ice cubes into the glass
- 2
Pour over measure of gin, followed by the dry vermouth
- 3
Fill to desired level with orange juice

Gently pour in dashes of blue curacao so that about 2/3 of the orange turns green
- 5
Pour the dashes of grenadine to turn bottom of the drink red
- 6
Serve with a straw.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →msr gin→white grape juice + squeeze of lime
- →msr dry vermouth→white grape juice + drop of olive brine
- →es blue curacao liqueur→orange syrup (add blue food coloring if color matters)
