Ingredients
- 2/3 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
- 1/3 oz anise extract + simple syrupswapped
Directions

Pour ingredients over ice

Shake gently

Strain into cocktail glass.
