Arthur Tompkins (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1/2 oz grand marnier orange liqueur
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1 twist lemon peel

Directions

   In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract, Grand Marnier, and lemon juice

   Shake well

   Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
