Arawak Cup (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1/2 oz passion-fruit syrup
• 1/2 oz pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 tsp orgeat syrup

Directions

   Pour the coconut water, passion-fruit syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice and orgeat syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well

   Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

   Garnish with a pineapple stick, and serve.
