Midori Ecstacy

Ingredients
- 1 oz melon syrupswapped
- 3/8 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 1/4 oz orange syrup + drop of blue food coloringswapped
- 1 dash lemon juice
Directions

Pour the melon syrup, rum, blue curacao and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

Shake well
- 3
Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
- 4
Top with pineapple juice, to taste, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →midori melon liqueur→melon syrup
- →white rum→pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup
- →blue curacao liqueur→orange syrup + drop of blue food coloring
