Hurricane Hugo (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
• 1/2 oz almond extract + simple syrup (¼ tsp per oz)swapped
• 1/2 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1 honeydew melon juiceswapped
• 1 peach nectar + vanillaswapped
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1/2 oz cranberry juice

Directions

   Mix all ingredients over ice in large shaker

   Add more juice to taste for the lightweights

3. 3

   Shake well and strain into shot glass

   This recipe may be doubled or quadrupled
