Frozen Apple

Ingredients

• 1/2 apple juice concentrate splashswapped
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/2 egg white

Directions

   Blend all ingredients with 1 cup crushed ice in an electric blender at a low speed for a short length of time

   Pour into an old-fashioned glass and serve.
