Apricot Lady (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1 oz white grape juiceswapped — Warm for mulled drinks
• 1 tsp orange juice + orange zestswapped
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• 1 slice orange

Directions

   In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, white grape juice, orange juice + orange zest, lemon juice, and egg white

   Shake well

   Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes

   Garnish with the orange slice.
