Ingredients
- 2 oz sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
- 1/2 coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
- 6 - 8 oz schweppes club soda
Directions

Add sparkling water and Appleton Estate rum to a hurricane glass over ice cubes

Peel and squeeze a segment or two of sweet Clementine, peeled
- 3
Add Schweppes club soda, stir, and serve.
