Applejack Collins (Mocktail)

Ingredients
- 2 oz white grape juiceswapped — Warm for mulled drinks
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
- 4 dash es orange bitters
Directions

Pour the white grape juice, lemon juice, sugar and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice

Shake well, and strain into a chilled collins glass
- 3
Top with soda water, to taste, and serve.
