Toledo Punch

Ingredients

• 450 g sugar
• 1 liter soda water
• 2 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 3/8 white grape juice + splash vanillaswapped
• 2 washed, sliced oranges
• 1/2 diced pineapple
• 5 - 6 washed, halved strawberries
• 225 sparkling white grape juiceswapped

Directions

   Pour the soda, lemon juice, cognac, mint and fruits into a large punch bowl

   Slowly dissolve in the sugar, to taste

   Add the champagne, brandy, claret and wine, and top with 3 liters of water

   Add a block of ice

5. 5

   Serve in wine glasses.
