Midnight Sun

Ingredients

• 2 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1/2 oz orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
• 1/2 oz apricot nectarswapped
• 1 oz grenadine syrup
• 1/2 oz lemon juice

Directions

   Pour the vodka, Cointreau, apricot nectar, grenadine and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into a champagne saucer or small wine glass

   Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
