Hot Rum Chocolate

Ingredients
- 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 5 oz hot cocoa
- 1 tbsp whipped cream
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions

Combine rum and cocoa in an irish coffee cup, and sweeten to taste

Top with cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
