Ingredients
- 3/4 apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
- 1/2 tsp anise (licorice) syrupswapped
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Directions

Shake brandy and lemon juice and pour into a collins glass

Fill with ginger ale and float ouzo.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/2 oz brandy→apple juice + splash of vanilla
- →ouzo anise liqueur→anise (licorice) syrup
