Big Chill #1 (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1 oz coconut cream
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1 oz cranberry juice
• 1 oz pineapple juice

Directions

   Pour the rum, coconut cream and juices into a cocktail shaker with one cup of ice (8 oz)

   Shake well, Strain into a pilsner glass

   Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry, and serve.
