Apple a la Mode (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 2 oz apple juice
• 1 tbsp vanilla ice cream

Directions

   Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice

   Serve in a double cocktail glass with a sprig of mint.
