Aperitivo (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 3/4 oz anise extract + simple syrupswapped
• 3 dash es orange bitters

Directions

   Pour gin, sambuca and bitters into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes

   Stir well

   Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a twist of orange peel, and serve.
