Sherry Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped
- 1/4 oz anise (licorice) syrupswapped
- 1/4 oz maraschino cherry juiceswapped
Directions

Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/2 oz fino sherry→white grape juice + drop of olive brine
- →absinthe herbal liqueur→anise (licorice) syrup
- →maraschino liqueur→maraschino cherry juice
