Melon Colada

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/2 melon syrupswapped
• 1 1/3 oz coconut cream
• 3 oz pineapple juice
• 1 tsp whipping cream

   Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice

   Serve in a pina colada glass with a slice of pineapple, cherry and straws.
