Loch Lomond

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1/4 oz honey syrup + pinch of warm spicesswapped
• 1/4 oz white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped
• 1 twist lemon peel

Directions

   In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the scotch, drambuie, and vermouth

   Stir well

   Strain into a cocktail glass

   Garnish with a lemon twist.
