Hot Jamaican

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3 oz water
• 1 oz limes
• 1/2 tsp sugar syrup
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1/2 slice lime

   Heat gently in a saucepan, pour unstrained into a heat-proof goblet, and serve.
