Ingredients
- 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 1/2 oz coconut creamswapped
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 1 splash sweet and sour mix
Directions

Pour the pineapple juice + splash brown-sugar syrup and coconut cream, along with the pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

Shake untill well chilled

Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, and add a splash of sweet and sour mix

Stir lightly and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →bacardi gold rum→pineapple juice + splash brown-sugar syrup
- →bacardi coco rum→coconut cream
