Cat and Fiddle

Ingredients

• 3/4 apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1/4 oz orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
• 1/2 tsp anise (licorice) syrupswapped
• 1/2 tsp white grape juice + squeeze of lemonswapped

Directions

   Pour Canadian whisky, Cointreau, Pernod and Dubonnet Blanc into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes

   Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
