Ingredients
- 1 tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
- 1/2 oz strong brewed black teaswapped — Lapsang souchong for smoky notes
- 1/2 oz passion-fruit syrup
- 2 oz sparkling bitter lemon soda
Directions

Shake the gin, whisky and syrup in a shaker

Strain into an old-fashioned glass half-filled with broken ice

Add the lemon.
